Description
Experience with MDM Architecture & ETL/SQLStrong experience in Data Integration, SOA, Data Quality tools
Experience with Scripting language (preferred)
Solid Java development experience (preferred)
3-4 Full cycle MDM implementations with either of IBM MDM Server/Siperian/Oracle MDM/SAP MDM, with at-least one large scale implementation
Should have designed & developed multiple cleansing and standardization scenarios using mappings & industry standard products such as Address Doctor, Trillium, Data flux, etc
Experience integrating MDM with other systems
Experience with supporting pre-sales, leading solution design/architecture
Provide expert knowledge on MDM strategies and best practices
Lead and provide guidance on MDM Engagements
Provide standards, guidelines, processes and expertise to consistently address enterprise MDM issues such as convergence, standards, and synchronization
Drive master data schema development, access business rules, and Master Data design
Analyze client data and environments and develop appropriate software configurations to meet client requirements
Provide solution architecture guidance, technical and configuration support to implemented Initiate solutions when applicable
Perform analysis and design of data governance process
Define guidelines and policies for Data governance process/Master data standardization
Data Governance and Master Data governance design
Lead MDM solution design
Experience with Hierarchy management solutions
Experience with Data Quality tools
Ability to consult and educate client on MDM topics
Actively participate and Support MDM presales
