Urgent role for up to four experienced Senior ITIL Service Managers x2/Service Delivery Managers to work on a 6 month + programme in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (KSA).

You will be an experienced ITIL Service Manager and be experienced in ITIL Service Design, Transition & Management professional with over 15 years of experience in IT service management, developed in both Internal and External supplier roles. Operational support (Incident, Major Incident, Request Fulfillment, Problem, Change, Release, CMS) with project cost size from £500k to £2.5billion. Delivering to require KPI's in a range of environments. Experienced Change Manager, Problem/Major Incident Manager/Service Desk Manager and Service Delivery Manager, devising and controlling the IT Process' to an ITIL compliant standard.
