Specialists in this job role will have expertise in one or more relational and non-relational data management-based software product areas. Including mainstream data management software, such as those from IBM and Oracle. Typical examples of the deliverables are building proof-of-concept solutions with data management technology and architecting data management solutions to address client requirements. IT Specialists who primarily apply their technical skills in an internal or external customer billable services and implementation environment. The employee focuses on individual/team/department/operational objectives.Must have experience into Comptel Eventlink or Mediation
Exposure to Telecom Domain
Must have development experience into Comptel EL
Provides technical L3 support for the Comptel mediation/provisioning application.
Understanding of GSM networks is essential.
Excellent understanding of prepaid balance management, Configuration of IN system.
Implementation experience in Telecommunication environment including Integration experience with Switch, HLR and Billing
Experience in Java, Unix Shell Scripting and Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, XML/MMLs
Formulating and monitoring processes for better control with customer satisfaction
Very Good understanding of Various CDR formats supported by various N/W elements like binary, ASN.1, Binary and ASCII.
Knowledge of technical interfaces like IN/SMSC/HLR/MSC/SCP/MMSC
Experience in development in the Comptel BLT and different modules like Aggregation/Decoder etc
Knowledge about the CDR transfer protocol FTP, SFTP, FTAM, X25, diameter concept Analysis of requirement and design mediation solution.
Support on various transformation projects.
End to end testing UAT, user signoff and production deployment.
Having good Telecom background with strong analytical skills
Track and resolve internal and external customer queries and systems issues in Provisioning.
Should have had hands on SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripts experience
