Computer Futures is urgently seeking an IT Support Analyst for an exciting opportunity in Birmingham.You will be required to undertake a desktop audit across the 4 sites Birmingham, Nottingham, Solihull and Stratford. To capture desktop information such as applications in use, local devices attached and to catalogue the information in pre-prepared excel spreadsheets for the Project to process.
You will also be providing general BAU Support to users across the sites both remotely & onsite.
Skills:
- Active Directory
- MS Office Suite
- Windows XP/7
- Imaging Desktops
As well as the key technical skills required for the position you should have strong communication skills and a can do attitude, be able to interact with users at all levels and be flexible in regards to working hours depending on the needs of the business.
