6 month plus contract for a Support Analyst for Mobility application
This position will interact with end-users on a daily basis to provide support for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application. In addition to supporting the end-user, this position will be responsible for building and maintaining the User Hierarchy in the Siebel CRM application for all customers. Another responsibility is to work with end-users to configure their Siebel client software which may include Windows OS and Internet Explorer configuration. This support will be done remotely and when necessary, on-site. This position reports to the Service Delivery Manager for the Customer Relationship Management and Mobility Systems
Local candidates preferred. Must be able to work W-2 hourly ONLY.
