Windows Administrator - Installation, Configuration, O&M, Windows - Finland, Helsinki - 6 months +

My client a leading global IT company is urgently seeking Windows Administrators to compliment their existing team. To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following skills and have a minimum of 5 years in IT Administration/Support, as well as being MCSE or MCSA certified.
- Installing, configuring and maintaining Windows.
- Design and configure the High Availability environment using MSCS or other cluster solutions with knowledge/experience on Storage Devices (SAN, NAS, DAS)
- Good Proficiency in System Fault Tolerance Design, Business continuity and Disaster recovery planning
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting task on windows cluster environment
- Windows Security hardening and baseline
- Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issue
- Perform root cause analysis
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration
- Installation and Configuration of at least one backup tool - BackupExec/Netbackup/Arcserve
- MS Patch administration (planning and deployment)
- Printer Installation, configuration and Administration
- Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issue
- Capacity planning and Fine tune system for optimal performance
- Fine tune the system for optimal performance
- Understanding of Storage, Network, Security and core infrastructure technologies and integration with Windows environment
- Responsible for building/maintaining a test environment
- Responsible for strategizing a backup plan and test plan for failure scenario
- Improves and maintains customer and employee satisfaction
- Data centre consolidation and transformation experience
