Ideal candidates must be well educated and worked for a top tier consultancy. They must have a passion focusing on Customer Service Systems, Customer Experience Management, and CRM Improvement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop solutions in either Customer Experience Transformation, Multi-Channel Management Customer Analytics
• Develop and design strategies to improve customer experience
• Experience in process mapping, redesign and implementation
• Industry experience in at least one of the following: telecommunications, financial services, utilities, retail
• Previous experience working within a Global Management or Technology Consulting firm - e.g. working with the Big 5 Consulting Firms
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
