Ihre Aufgaben:
- Processing and managing the daily operations the Swiss payrolls
- Manage the complex payroll items such as stock options and expatriates in collaboration with other departments
- Evaluate and recommend opportunities to improve processes and develop effective and sustainable processes
- Manage multiple tasks against tight deadlines
- Be highly confidential with sensitive information and demonstrate an ability to build and maintain relationships along with solid written and verbal communication skills
- Working with local advisors to complete the monthly / annual returns in accordance with local deadlines
- Manage and ensure SOX compliance
- Liaise and make the necessary payment to the authorities where required
- With the assistance of HR manage third party benefit providers
- Work with the Finance Operations team to reconcile the balance sheets on a monthly basis
- Manage vendor efforts and relationships
- Measure / manage performance, resolve issues, and identify improvement opportunities
- Support the Finance Shared Services and Human Resources teams in other duties or projects as appropriate
Ihre Qualifikation
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Significant and demonstrable knowledge and skills in successfully managing a Swiss payroll
- Experience managing payroll from within a Shared Services environment is strongly desired
- Demonstrable knowledge and skills in identifying and implementing process improvements
- Experience successfully working with and managing vendors to achieve company goals
- Knowledge of and experience managing SOX compliance
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
