Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Responsible for day to day administration of 1st and 2nd level support part of the helpdesk team
  • Responsible for all relevant incidents and their proper resolution-effective incident management
  • Responsible for management of Black berry devices, act as optional back up for administrators for the creation in Lotus Notes and Active Directory


Ihre Qualifikation
  • Previous experience in similar role and fluency in English and French is a essential
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Knowledge of windows server and workstation environments and applications.Ideally familiarity with ITIL methodologies
