Web Analytics and Reporting Manager - £60,000+ - LondonMy client a large media company based inLondon is looking for a Web Analytics and Reporting Manager to join their growing digital marketing and CRM team. The Web analytics and reporting manager is responsible for enhancing web analysis, reporting optimisation of customer journey and improving ROI.
The role
- Development of KPIs
- Developing insight and actionable analysis in order to drive key growth.
- Extract and integrate data from multiple databases/systems
- Develop reports /dashboards to help understand and track customer behaviour
- Analyses data from online marketing campaigns (response, conversions and attrition rates )
- Identifying key customer trends
- Enhance multi-channel reporting.
-Executing test and strategies of website performance optimisation, Utilising A/B and multi-variant testing
Translating analysis into insight (campaign/ content strategy)
