Real Staffing are recruiting on behalf of a developing NHS Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) who require an interim QIPP Finance Manager to support the CFO and Head of PMO in producing the organisation's financial plan in time for their April deadline.
This is an excellent opportunity for an NHS accountant with strong analytical skills who is looking to engage in project work.
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must have an accounting background within an NHS PCT or commissioning body and a proven record of savings deliveries (QIPP or CIP) to be suitable for this position.
Essential Criteria:
- QIPP projects (analysing and reporting on progress)
- NHS PCT or CCG experience
- Financial analysis
- Supporting business cases
- Operate at a band 8B/C level
- Qualified Accountant (or relevant accounting experience)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Financial analysis
- Providing financial information to support business cases
- Monitoring, tracking and reporting on the progress of QIPP projects
- Supporting the CFO and Head of PMO
- Meeting with budget holders
- Excel financial modelling
