Our client has an opportunity for an experienced IT Team Lead to join their site in Helensburgh in an exciting permanent due to commence in the next 1 to 2 months. The required Team Lead will be responsible for the management of our clients restricted network, service desk, support calls and assisting the team with incident logging and resolution. The proven candidate will hold a strong career in IT Network administration as well as positive service desk management experience and hold relevant IT education and certification.

*Experience of service clustering
*Commercial experience with 3com switches
*ITIL
Requirements:
*Qualification to degree level in a computer discipline is essential
*Must hold current Security Clearance or be able to undertake clearance
