Hours: 40 hrs per week, M-F, 8am to 5pm


Responsibilities:
Under direction of the IT Applications Manager, coordinate, plan, execute project/program activities across all business areas. Knowledge of SalesForce.com to effectively work with key business and IT teams and ensure strategic capabilities are delivered on time/budget to enable company objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for all enterprise software project initiatives undertaken by the Perceptive IT Applications Team. Manage the day-to-day activities of the team's Scrum life cycle. Work with required IT teams to document and update strategic initiatives on the IT Roadmap. Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and have practical experience in driving successful projects/programs in a matrixed environment. Must be able to lead the IT Applications Team and Business Teams to continue to evolve the delivery model to provide more value to the customer, more quickly, with higher quality. Must be an effective communicator (written and oral).

Major Areas of Accountability:
Oversee project development from the planning stages to completion, including analysis afterward.
Coordinate, manage, and track all assigned tasks at a detailed level.
Communicate effectively with project team members, business key users, and upper management on a regular basis to provide status of progress.
Manage and track detail project plans and schedules to ensure projects remain on schedule.
Oversee all activities associated with Scrum life cycle related to the Perceptive IT Applications Team.
Lead process improvement initiatives to evolve the team's delivery model.
