Network Engineer x10/6 Month Contract/Helsinki, Finland/Competitive Rates/Global Transformation
A Global IT Services Company is starting a global transformation project with their world leading telecommunications client based in Helsinki, Finland. They are consolidating all of their data centers and need 10 Network Engineers to join their transformation team ASAP. This build will be from scratch so you will need previous experience working on consolidation/migration projects from the inception.
Experience: 4 - 6 years
Preferred Experience: Network Implementation & Support, Datacenter Build & Management,
Required Certification: CCNP/CCIP (Preferred)
Key Skills Required:
- IP Network Implementation and Troubleshooting
- Remote Infrastructure Management & Troubleshooting
- Experience on Dynamic routing like MPLS/EIGRP/BGP/OSPF/IS-IS
- Strong hold on MPLS/BGP/OSPF
- Experience on Cisco devices /ASA5580/Nexus
- Hand on experience on Installation and configuration of Cisco Routers & Switches.
- Experience on Layer-2 Protocols - VPLS, VLANs, STP, Metro-Ethernet, QinQ
- Experience on Security, load balancer, Routing, Switching, QOS and Wireless.
- Should have prior experience in Racking, Staging & Cabling
- Extensive hands-on experience in Enterprise network trouble-shooting and configuration.
- Experience in Data Center network implementation and troubleshooting.
- Must have experience in enterprise network operation in handling escalation and severity cases.
- Problem and Incident management capability.
- Well versed to Process Oriented working culture
- Good working knowledge with MS Office - Word, Excel and Visio

- Document & maintain Technical Design, As Built Documents
- Change Management
- Performance Monitoring, Probing and Break fix of Large Networks
- Ensure adherence to processes and procedures
