Project Description:
2G cluster leader: Scope:
- Responsible for all the RF optimization activities on his clusters
- Familiar with performance management task and tools (NPO)
- Familiar with UE post-processing task and tools (TEMS, XCAP)
- Review Post Processing (UE traces) and Perf Management analysis and deliverables
- Responsible for parameters recommendation changes to reach contractual KPIs
- Issue and follow up CRs relative to his clusters (proposed by Perf Management team, Post Processing team or by his own)
- Present results to ORF in order to get weekly acceptance
- Interface with customer (should speak French)

Network Plan/Optimization Mgr, Network Planning & Optimization Manager (Generic), Mobile Access: GSM/GPRS/Edge
