Description
The technical infrastructure services team is running a program to drive organization change and implement processes and capabilities that will improve our ability to define, implement and manage infrastructure services that provide value.
There are multiple concurrent projects within the program with many stakeholders. We are looking for a high energy project coordinator to assist in managing the day-to-day project activities of the Service Request and Channel Management project within this program.
The Project Coordinator will maintain the project schedules. Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will generate weekly reports that highlight the critical path and identify potential risks and delays early on. The Project Coordinator will coordinate project -level and sub-track meetings that include coordinating meeting rooms at multiple locations, lining-up presenters, gathering and distributing presentation materials and taking and distributing meeting notes and follow-up documentation. The project coordinator will also assist in gathering additional data to manage budget, track issues and risks.

Experience Requirements:
Experience with successful management of small to medium projects, including project planning, expense tracking, risk and issue tracking.
Strong experience in creating and maintaining project schedules in MS Project; ability to link multiple tracks, ability to do resource leveling in MS Project and generate reports
Experience in clearly, and accurately documenting project artifacts such as scope changes, issues, risks, meeting minutes, action items.
Completing complex assignments requiring independent action, and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues with consistency and accuracy
Technology Infrastructure Services experience a plus
3+ years as a program/project coordinator or related work
Expert in MS Project and PowerPoint
Capable with Excel
Follow-through and diligence to get things done. Adept at navigating through hurdles.
Strong communications skills

Bachelor's or AA/AS degree required

Nice to have:
Experience in Visio
SharePoint site administration experience

Top Daily responsibilities:
Maintaining program level schedule in MS Project
Creating project status reports
Coordinating meetings across the project, taking meeting minutes, tracking issues, risks and action items
Supporting the project team with ad-hoc requests for coordination, tracking or execution of tasks
Providing presentation support; developing materials for presentations to a variety of audiences
