Project Accountant
My client is a large Banking Group recruiting for a management/project accounting role supporting a number of change programmes.
Key requirements/activities:
1. The ideal candidate would be a qualified management accountant with commercial acumen.
2. Support business case activities - both input to and measurement against business cases.
3. Development and implementation of any new Property Finance processes needed to support the major change programmes.
4. The candidate needs to use Excel to an advanced level.
5. Ad hoc analysis work to ensure project costs are as expected and answer queries.
6. A confident self starter is required - with the ability to work as part of a team, supporting the other members of the delivery team and question and challenge information in a constructive manner.
The role involves liaising with strategy and delivery finance colleagues and networking with operational colleagues in a complex, ever changing environment over a wide geographical area.
