We are seeking a skilled and result oriented procurement analyst/controller to enhance the purchasing function. There is a strong focus on improving the procurement function and we are in the middle of an improvement project, GIVE (Get Rigth in IT Procurement), as determined and anchored by corporate management.

Procurement Analyst will play a key role in this work.

Purchasing Analysts will work closely with managers and other experts in the company and ensure the establishment of competitive procurement contracts and framework agreements that underpin EVRY's strategies.

In 2-4 years time it will be possible to use the expertise gained as a springboard to be responsible for purchasing categories across the company

The role is central to a team of 11 experienced staff.

The position is subject to the Purchasing Director, Group Procurement.

Responsibilities
Tasks will be to support the various category teams with analysis and contribute to the management of the procurement function through reporting and monitoring.

Examples of tasks will be:
Alignment of purchasing volumes for reporting to the purchasing director and category team
Analysis of historical and budgeted purchase volumes for category team
Analysis of supplier market including benchmarking activities
Reporting and monitoring of value and savings
Development, reporting and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs) for the procurement function
Work with process, tools and routine optimizations related especially to order two pay process
Work to develop Spend Cube and automation of data collection by purchasing volumes in both Norway and Sweden
AD-Hock projects and support to the Purchasing Director

Qualifications
Generally good IT skills, particularly Excel
Good written and oral presentation skills in Norwegian and English

Education
Minimum 4 years of relevant higher education (Bachelor or equivalent)
Relevant tertiary education, financial, technical or legal

Independent, organized and responsible
empowerment and capacity for work
Good written and oral presentation skills in Norwegian and English
