The Local IS Support is responsible for the analysis and resolution of all issues related to desktops, laptops, printers and any other standardized IT equipment on site.

Duration: 12 months ++ (renewable)

- Excellent Windows XP professional knowledge
- Excellent Windows 7 knowledge
- Excellent Office and Outlook knowledge
- General Windows server hardware/software knowledge
- Good knowledge of (remote) troubleshooting
- TCP/IP and LAN/WAN technology knowledge
- HP and IBM equipment knowledge
- General Telecommunications knowledge
- General business knowledge
- General Project Management and Time Management skills
- Good communication skills (training, presentations, learning)
- Good problem resolution and analytical skills
- Pro-active attitude
- Language: local language and English
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years business experience working in an international IT department
- At least 1 year desktop support experience in a similar role
- Availability to travel abroad on occasion
- Workhours between (8:00-18:30)
- No 9:00-17:00 mentality
- MSCA certification or willingness to achieve this certification
