Our client is looking for a Kronos Functional consultant to start ASAP. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a world renowned client for a 2 year contract in a tax free zone. Please see below for more on the position and the ideal candidate.

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • System Administration of Kronos, Time and Attendance and Nurse Scheduling
  • Responsible for working closely with the user team and the vendor Understanding the workflows and system as it is designed.
  • Responsible for ongoing Level 2 support to users
  • Responsible to train the users on functionality
  • Responsible to apply configuration changes requested by the business and document changes
  • Responsible to test or re-test changes to the application and document test results
  • May be required to manage roll-out of the applications to new departments by managing the vendor (Kronos) resources
  • To make the changes in the setup/configuration as required.

Professional Experience

  • At least 5 years of work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience of working in Healthcare IT.
  • Hands - On experience of working with ERP and Kronos Time and Attendance system and Staff Scheduling system.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exposure to/experience of customer service principles
  • Vendor management to get the problems addressed in efficiently and effectively.
