We are currently seeking SAP CRM Consultant for a contract position (Possible perm) in Alpharetta, GA.
Description:
- Responsible for delivery of SAP CRM solutions and providing ongoing support to the existing user base. Oversees SAP Client Server enterprise application project from start to finish. Manages and coordinates all development applications including requirements definition, vendor evaluation, strategic systems planning, process re-engineering, design, development, documentation, release management, and production support. Has system-wide responsibility on complex components or complex projects related to the administration of database applications. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Partners with other team member to design and develop functionality that address business functional requirements. Quickly assesses business functional requirements and converts to SAP CRM application solution. Validates recommended approach with Business SMEs and BSM service Managers. Creates detailed functional specifications. Estimates work based on high-level requirements and break down complex requirements into small manageable tasks. Provides exceptional functional support to existing SAP CRM users.
Skills:
- Detailed knowledge of building system solutions in SAP. Collaborative, customer focused, and able to create visible value.
- 7 - 10 years previous work experience in software development, sales, customer relations, finance, operations, accounting, support, or inventory management environment in a large sized company
- Possesses at least 5-7 years of functional SAP CRM experience with established proficiency in core functionality (VC skills are a plus)
- Participated in 3-5 CRM full project life cycle implementations(one of which included Web Interaction Center)
- Certification in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) preferred
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must possess strong analytical and diagnostic skills
