Description
A Senior Compliance Manager is required for an initial 6 month period. The contract is with a global leader within commodity trading, products including crude oil, coal, gas and metals. A strong awareness of the current regulatory awareness and experience within a brokerage would be highly desirable.
The role will involve:
- Providing the business with regulatory advice with respect to proposed transactions and new business initiatives.
- Monitoring developments, reviewing new regulatory requirements and proposals and assisting with the implementation of relevant change programmes.
- Keeping on top of regulatory developments and good practice, and sharing information as appropriate to enhance the quality of the compliance framework
