Supply Coordinator to co-ordinate and facilitate the ordering and provisioning of equipment and services within agreed timescales and budgets as required to support the programme.

Key responsibilities:

- Place Purchase Requisitions to meet forecast requirements on SAP. Ensure resultant Purchase Orders are received by vendors and obtain a delivery schedule for each order.
- Ensure vendor lead times and delivery schedules are within agreed KPI's, working with the warehouse to achieve a timely receipt of stock on to SAP within the SLA.
- Update existing suite of bespoke Excel reports in a timely manner thereby ensuring accurate visibility by project of due deliveries, available stock and available finance.
- Take ownership of the Supply Chain aspects of specific projects and their SLA's as required. Organise and/or attend meetings and deliver presentations to support each project.
- Provide monthly reports on the performance of nominated programmes.
- Support Equipment Supply Project Manager and Logistics Delivery Manager as required.

Experience and Expertise:

- Knowledge of mobile communications network technology.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Management Systems (EMS) (esp. SAP R/3).
- Knowledge of Logistics processes.
- Competent in Microsoft access.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
