Description
Plan, schedule and track project with related cost estimation and scope control responsibilities Define project scope and objectives Continually identify, prioritize and mitigate project risks Support project-chartering process and manage project teams, driving motivation, collaboration and performance Meet with appropriate personnel for periodic reviews of prototypes and final products Produce reports showing progress against outstanding milestones, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies Provide oversight and control of external resources contracted to the project.Utilizing strong interpersonal and change management skills, overcome resistance to new processes and technologies to ensure maximum efficiency Elicit detailed solution requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process analysis and use cases Collaborate with internal and external technical resources, as well as subject matter experts, to establish the comprehensive technical vision for the solution Create and implement training and communication plans, coordinate the creation of end-user and support staff training materials Working closely with the IT Compliance team, ensure the successful completion of system testing and validation Ensure continuing operational quality by documenting bug fixes and enhancements, assigning tasks to developers, testing and releasing updates Other related duties as assigned.
Skills
Experience implementing or upgrading Livelink (or other tier-1 content management solution) strongly preferred
Strong understanding of GxP requirements and documentation deliverables strongly preferred
Experience with regulatory publishing, drug safety and/or quality systems a plus
Business analysis, reporting and IT background strongly preferred Advanced MS Office skills, including Project and Visio, required; familiarity with Project Server 2010 a plus
