Description
A Validation Engineer is required to join a Bio-tech manufacturer based in Wales. They are currently preparing for an audit and are looking for an experienced engineer to conduct gap analysis and periodic reviews on-site. The project will take place on a sterile manufacturing site and will have a particular focus on purified water, WFI, compressed air and HVAC systems.The Role:
- To conduct a gap analysis and periodic review of utilities such as purified water, WFI, compressed air and HVAC systems.
- To be able to produce protocols that are required, such as IQ, OQ, PQs
- To perform any execution that is required and be `hands on` if necessary
- To update the sites validation master plan
- To deliver training and mentoring on-site
Skills / Experience:
- Previous experience working for a Pharmaceutical / Bio-tech organisation
- Previous experience of working on gap analysis and periodic reviews
- Experience of writing protocols such as IQ, OQ, PQs
- Previous experience of delivering training and mentoring others
