Data Analysis/Business Analysis/Oracle/SQL/TIA Reports/SLA''s/Financial Services Skills and Experience 3-5 years'' experience in Data Analysis / Data Governance/ Business Analysis in a financial services environment, particularly in an IT context Oracle/SQL experience Database query and reporting tools (Qlikview) Knowledge amp; understanding of key TIA reports and processes. Proven analytical skills in an actuarial environment. Broad understanding of business, business technology and business applications Strong negotiation, presentation, facilitation amp; communication skills Project Leadership skills Ability to work independently and take responsibility for delivery of client requirements Success Measures Delivery of business (and development team) satisfaction - ; measured by VOC and scorecards Accurate and detailed requirement specifications Achieving committed delivery dates Achieving SLA''s Effective communication (client, IT, etc) Problem Resolution Effective amp; Timely escalation of problems amp; Issues Accurate amp; timely reporting of activities within the role Achievement of personal development goals Key Responsibilities Run the Data Scorecard Process for the Solvency II Scorecard. This Scorecard covers the receipt of data from 4 key business areas (Operations, Product Configuration, Information Management Group and Actuarial) Ensure that all key process documentation (data standards, data initiatives, scorecard documentation) is kept current and updated. Run all key data Governance processes (including quarterly attestation processes). Act as the key contact person for all technical issues on the DGD (Data Governance Director Tool) and Qlikview (reporting tool for the Solvency II Data Scorecard) tool. Coordinate the resolution of all data issues that are raised as priority issues by the Functional Information Group. This is a maternity contract for a period of a minimum of 7 mths starting asap!
