1. GGSN-MPG, CPG, SGSN-MME, SACC and MPBN (SmartEdge, Juniper, Extreme, Cisco etc) solution.
2. Activities/responsibilities executing as Services Professional for Customer Network Support - RNAM:
3. Revenue Management: Diameter Base Protocol, Real Time charging control, Policy Control Rating Function (PCRF), Gx, Gx+, Gy, Gy+ interfaces
Next generation Ericsson LongTerm Evolution network elements (LTE): CPG, MME - Evolved Packet Core
4. Ericsson 3.5G technologies: SGSN, Dual SGSN, GGSN, Node-B RNC, IP Backbone
5. Provide Technical support to customers on LTE/GPRS Platforms GPRS (SGSN/MME, GGSN/MPG, CPG, SGW, PGW), MPBN & SmartEdge Products/Solution
6. Gain access to customer network (On call) and remotely help customer to troubleshoot live critical network issues
7. Technical co-ordination with PLM/PDU during customer escalated issues and providing technical updates
8. Perform periodic meetings with the customer for follow up on all support issues like statistics, pending issues and improvements
9. SPOC responsibilities to ensure support success for one of the Canadian customer PrimusTel.
10.Member of the support team providing "follow the Sun" support
Emergency Handling
11.Provide remote support to projects being executed in the field of MPBN, GGSN, SACC3.0 and SASN
Analysis and handling of logs files in GGSN (M20 & M120) to troubleshoot problems and clear alarms.
12. Providing global support services, day-to-day ticket handling, upgrades, trouble reports, CSR handling and answers to technical quires by the customer on all nodes
