This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that works at the leading edge of 4g mobile telecoms. My client is looking for a keen, diligent, flexible and organised individual with good skills in electronics, to join them as a Lab Technician.
This will be a busy and varied role, playing a key part in ensuring the delivery of high quality prototypes. Duties will include the maintenance, calibration and repair of test equipment, rework and assembly of test units, soldering, stock control and general lab stewardship.
The successful candidate will possess good soldering and PCB assembly skills. You'll be working on low-volume, non-repetitive reworking and design changes, so quality and attention to detail are key. You'll need to be a self-starter, capable of understanding and carrying out instructions without close supervision.
