A highly successful service provider is looking to take on an experienced Senior HR Manager to be based in Walsall on an 8-week basis to start immediately.

It's a bit of a hybrid of managing the TUPE exit of 300+ staff plus a provision/clarification of due diligence information to the Council, a lot of which they are inclined to question. Plus facilitating the consultation process with a number of TU's.

The client is looking for someone with knowledge of TUPE transfers, who has ideally worked within local government.

Working hours are flexible - must be able to commit to minimum 3 days a week but some weeks will be required 5 days.
