Title: Service Delivery Engineer
Main purpose:
* You carry out independent engineering tasks in the domain of service level reporting
* You are capable of independent small development projects to a successful conclusion
* You analyze, diagnose and fix problems on the applications used.
* You improve the quantity and quality of the technical documentation.
* You are responsible for developing their own programs in the domain of service level reporting.
Skills required:
* Higher technical education in computer science and at least 3 years' experience or equivalent.
* You preferably bilingual (Dutch - French) and have a very good knowledge of English.
* You are flexible and customer-oriented service and
* You communicate well, both orally and in writing.
* You are commercially oriented.
* You are dynamic and eager to learn.
* You are a team player.
* Good knowledge of Windows
* Good knowledge of PHP, Ajax
* Very good knowledge of Scripting: (Perl, Shell, ...)
* Very good general knowledge of reporting.
* Expert knowledge of Oracle SQL.
