Description

Year 2 Primary Teacher

ITN Mark Education would like to welcome a passionate primary school teacher to apply for this year 2 teacher vacancy in the West Bromwich area of Birmingham.

This is a larger than normal primary schools with 395 pupils on role. The majority of pupils are white British, a quarter have minority ethnic backgrounds. The proportion of pupils who speak English as an additional language is below the national average. There are a few pupils at the early stages of learning English. The proportion of pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities is close to the national average. The vast majority of parents and carers judge that their children are making good progress at school. Evidence confirms that pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities do make good progress. This is because of the care taken to ensure that the additional support they receive closely matches their individual needs and because adults have high expectations of what they can achieve.

We are looking for a primary teacher to maintain a high standard of teaching in Foundation. You will need to be imaginative and perceptive in your teaching approach and have superb rapport building skills.
