Global Training Lead, Banking, London, £ per dayA tier-1 investment bank in London urgently requires a Global Training Lead with vast experience of designing and implementing training practices/initiatives on a global scale, on a 6 month rolling contract paying £ per day.You will meet the following requirements:
A senior Training Manager who has experience of managing teams that design and implement new training initiative, and work with the BAU/ Run The Bank trainers and resources to roll this out to users
Global programme experience
Ideally investment banking experience
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in 'Train the Trainer' techniques, development of training programmes and using webex to design and deliver new training methods
This role is suited to a senior individual with a number of years worth of experience in the Training field. Please only apply if you feel you meet all the requirements for this role.
