This large community school based in Sandwell is seeking to recruit an English Teaching Assistant for an immediate appointment. The role will include working with the gifted and talented and some SEN pupils. You will also get the chance to work with low achieving pupils but your main priority will be to support gifted and talented pupils. This is a full time role and has become available due to extra funding.

The school has been graded outstanding for the last 5 years and this is down to the great senior leadership which has been in place for 7 years. They have successful led the school to greatness and with the extra funding they know they can go above and beyond and help the pupils achieve their best. If this is your first role in education this is a great school to work with as you will have access to outstanding practice. This is great PGCE application experience!

The ideal candidates will need to be focus, have a firm but fair attitude and have the pupil's interest at heart. This is an outstanding school and pupils achieve well and are eager to learn but it is not easy so an excellent work ethic is necessary to help these pupils raise and maintain their attainment.
