I just wanted to reiterate that while we would prefer local, we can very comfortably work remotely. Most of our clients are remote and we already have developers across the globe. The only thing we ask of international devs is that they have strong English skills and have some overlap with our time zone.

Also, for everyone applying, please include your usual hourly rates. I understand that those tend to vary depending on the work, but a range/average would be fine.
