Office Administrator - 6 months

My Major IT client urgently seeks Office Administrator to support a Project Team who is currently working on a large Program of works, incorporating a series of IT deployment and migration projects, for a major Client.

This person will be responsible for assisting with and ultimately taking some governance of the typical parts of the Project administration, under the guidance and control of the Program Management Team.

Day-to-day responsibility:

* Maintenance of project documentation (Risk and Issues Logs, Project Plans etc.)

* Co-ordination of asset spread sheets

* Co-ordination of project deployment spread sheets.

* Assist in the management, co-ordination and reporting of the Project/Program budgets.

* Meet with the relevant Project Managers to prepare and publish project documentation.

* Ensure communication plans are implemented and maintained.

* Organise and co-ordinate client training where necessary.

* Support the Project Managers to maintain standards ensuring Quality throughout the project lifecycle.

* Extensive use of project supporting applications, MS Project, Excel etc.
