Job Description:
Job Title: PeopleSoft Techno Functional
Work Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 6months +
Interview Mode: Telephonic/Skype
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting/root cause analysis.
- Reviewing the weekly ODC exception stats to see what the largest volume issues were and which vendors attributed to them.
- Identifying underlying issues (and examples) and providing insight into what needs to happen to mitigate the issue.
- Working with the AP managers on new quirky PeopleSoft things that seem to come up daily
- Helping with potential keying error emails received by the field and others.
- Analyze ODC and Match exceptions to identify root causes (ie Vendors billing incorrectly, POs set up wrong, etc.) And developing a plan to attack them highest volume ones first.
- Analyze Northern Cal ODC data for alias names that may not have been identified yet.
- Identifying high volume P2P/enabled vendors that we are paying via check and work to convert them to ACH.
- Identify ODC issue vendors that should be targeted for enablement.
- Help with an analysis of the 30+ change requests
- Perform an Ariba failed invoice analysis to determine top vendors and the issues that need to be corrected.
- Documentation/User guides needed
- Match exception user guide for the WMSC
- P2P Invoice inquiry user guide for the field
