Description
SharePoint Consultant with escalation expertise is sought for a 5 months contract in Dublin.
You will be working with service restoration and conduct root cause analysis. Prescribe remediation across entire SharePoint Online platform when applicable and manage Escalation and collaboration with SharePoint product group.
You will be maintain highly available online service to customer; meeting or exceeding 99.9% availability of SharePoint Online service.
Essential Experience
