Functional Tester
For a company who specialises in independent software testing, test automation and development services provider with offices in the Netherlands and UK.
Reporting to the QA Director, you will responsible for ensuring that customer project assets are well tested and any issues discovered are well reported. Writing test plans, test cases, test data and test reports.
You must have:
* Bachelor degree or better.
* 3+ years experience testing mobile and desktop web sites and/or browser-based software.
* Experience working in intense, technical team environments.
* Expertise and fluency in synthesizing knowledge into clever, innovative testing solutions.
* Knowledge of contemporary web software testing tools and methodologies.
* Web-based workflow and/or issue tracking experience (eg Atlassian JIRA).
* A pro-active, practical, patient and diplomatic approach.
* Excellent Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
* ISEB qualification in Software Testing or similar, eg TMAP.
* Accessibility experience (eg Web Accessibility Initiative or Section 508).
* Agency experience.
* Test automation experience, eg with Selenium.
* Passion for the latest software, hardware, electronics, gadgets and Internet developments.
