Experience in GSM, CDMA, SS7 protocol development is needed.
Candidates will be involved in multiple projects to build and or enhance applications containing CDMA and GSM messaging.
These applications are Real Time call processors that parse and convert the signalling MSUs that traverse the SS7 network. Both ANSI and ITU SS7 message processing are heavily involved.
The development work is based on the HP Non-stop Tandem environment with C/C++ and follow the normal SDLC process. Documentation from requirements through release notes is also expected for all the projects.
The candidate will need strong C/C++ development skills and work as a team player. Tandem (HP) experience is a definite plus. Telecom experience such as SS7 or GSM MAP a huge benefit.
