Description
Quantity Surveyor (Telecoms/Contracts/Reporting) - Mobile Telecoms/3G - Urgent requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to work for my client, a blue chip mobile telecoms company to join their team in the South East on a contract basis.
The Quantity Surveyor will be involved in:
*Providing commercial and contractual support to the Regional Deployment Teams to deliver quantifiable reductions in construction costs associated with rollout projects.
*Agreement of final account statements with suppliers
*Provision of commercial data for monthly reporting to the business
*Liaison with Supply Chain Management team to resolve contractual issues prior to escalation
Our Client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor candidate with the following skills:
*Quantity surveying experience within the Telecoms industry
*BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
*Affiliation to a relevant professional body eg RISC, CIOB or similar would be advantageous
*Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
