Project Description: Restructure of the incumbent operator
Project Tasks of Freelancer:
- Project Manager managing project plan and resources
- Leading the restructuring team
- Responsible for the strategy tasks: includes developing new client strategy and defining the transition plan for new strategy implementation and execution of new organization.
- Communicating with project management team and senior management of the client
- Responsible for Change management
Required Qualification of Freelancer:
- Experienced Telecom Professional with 20 years' experience in the domain
- Proven Project Management expertise, managing big teams and strategic initiatives and ability to communicate with senior management. Exposure to C-levels is a must.
- Expert in strategy development and execution for telecom operators with fixed, mobile and ISP services
- Having managed restructuring and reorganization projects is a main requirement as well
- Experience in the Middle East region is a big plus
