Profile: Cobol Developer Analyst

As part of the replacement project, the mission will take place within the development team DSI-DEV (MOE).

Working language: French

Spots

The mission is to fulfil the following tasks:

  • Participate in the identification of developments to be made on the basis of functional specification documents, as well as adaptations to be made to existing modules and components, and their encryptions.
  • Prepare technical specifications documents prior technical work to achieve
  • Perform various developments in Java technology implementations and scheduled tasks via the UC4 scheduler
  • Perform unit testing developments made
  • Cooperate with GTS teams and teams from other services of the ISD
  • Assisting the project team during integration testing phases, testing and certification acceptance tests
  • Participate in the preparation and implementation of effective production of various deliverables
  • Participate in production support

Profile resource speaker:

Technical Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Oracle technology and Cobol. Desired knowledge of Eclipse, CVS and SVN.
  • Knowledge of the platform MicroFocus and Java would be a plus.

Organizational skills:

  • Estimated development costs, timeliness, technical constraints identification, development and unit test plans.
  • Ability to adapt to the norms and standards development and appropriate them.
  • Documentation of work.

Software skills:

  • Understand functions quickly various development tools (frameworks internal scheduler, etc.)

Behavioural Competencies:

  • Ability to work with project and non-project resources, and coordinate tasks transverse.
  • Ability to synthesize information rich and varied
