A growing global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Head of Compliance (German speaking) to lead a team within its QA Department. You will be responsible for managing 10-12 QA/QC Specialists within the sterile production area.This is a great opportunity to progress your career within a dynamic department, paying a highly competitive salary.

Role:
- Supporting audits and inspections (both FDA, EMEA and local authority)
- Responsible for change control and deviation management - both from a technical and regulatory standpoint
- Ensuring that all regulatory and internal standards are met within the sterile production unit
- Writing SOPs for Cleaning and Process Validation
- Line management - managing a specialist team and acting as deputy to the overall QA Manager
Requirements:
- Science degree (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or similar)
- Fluent in German and English
- Considerable experience of QA/QC work within a sterile environment
- Strong knowledge of GMP standards
- Team management experience would be a plus
