Seeking a Senior Level IT Support Specialist to work with a Fortune 200 Client!
Year long contract that can ALWAYS be extended!
Monday - Friday -- 8am - 5pm
Experience Level: (Intermediate, 3 - 5 Years Desktop Support Experience).
This position is a desktop support position. Job responsibilities include laptop/desktop and printer support.
Candidate will work directly with the end user to resolve both hardware and software issues.
Must have experience troubleshooting: Windows 7/XP, Office , Networking, Laptop/desktop hardware.
The ideal candidate will also have experience with: data migration and backup, SCCM/OSD, and system deployment. A+ certification highly preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills are a must.. Familiarity with working in a ticketing system and SLAs is a plus. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
