Link Technologies is currently seeking a SAP CRM professional for a short-term contract in Las Vegas, NV.
Duties:
We are seeking an individual capable of working as part of a team to
- Design, build, and implement a solution, that while meeting the needs and requirements of the Organization, will not preclude the use of the system/solution by other entities within the organization, nor its potential use as a cross-department/cross-agency tool for case management and/or customer communications handling.
- The capability to blueprint and realize key systems enhancements and provide an option for the organization to select additional enhancements on a cost-benefit basis at the end of the Blueprint phase.
- To estimate an implementation schedule comprised of multiple technical and functional phases, scheduled to go-live at the appropriate time to support the organization's business cycle.
- Estimated resourcing required to implement the Blueprint.
- Leveraging the organization's existing function and technical staff by providing leadership in the development of the Blueprint to include planned aspects for transferring of knowledge to internal staff to allow the organization to manage and enhance the SAP CRM architecture with minimal consulting support.
The ideal candidate will have the following Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
- Well-rounded background in SAP CRM Case Management and related ECC Financial Transaction;
- Multiple past Blueprinting experiences
- Thorough understanding and past utilization of Best practice SAP CRM Case Management
Effective communication skills (verbal and written), ability to collectively work across ERP Office teams, in addition to working well with members of the end-user community.
