ICM (Cisco) Engineer - Warsaw, Poland
Pyramid's Client is looking for candidate should have 5-8 years of hands on experience in design and implementation of Cisco ICM and Avaya IVR solutions in accordance to business requirements and in compliance with Customer Global engineering standards and processes platform.
Details:
- Detailed technical knowledge of the Cisco ICM environment including CVP, to include good experience of solution design and system configuration
- Detailed technical knowledge of Avaya Voice Portal and ACD, Real soft UCTI, ACME Session Border Controllers, Cisco voice gateways, Cisco Gatekeeper and Toll Bypas
- Ability to undertake all aspects of design, configuration and implementation guidance associated with business projects that include ICM routing/CTI toolbar integrated in an Avaya IVR and ACD environment
- Detailed knowledge of QoS and Voice Over IP (Gateways & Gatekeepers
- Ideally candidate should have CCNP, CCIP, CCVP or CCIE Certification or Equivalent experience at these levels.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and experience in customer facing interactions as a consultant.
