Job Description:I have a web site partially built in WordPress (design theme, blog, Events listing section) and need it completed which will entail a PPV video section/Affiliate. Will be utilizing Amazon SE3/Cloudfront and JWPlayer (or possibly FV Flowplayer or VideoJs..all WP plug ins, will depend on how nicely they play together with Amazon/Wordpress).
This PPV will be payment per video (no monthly membership). This will also need to interact with an affiliate program (possibly Affiliates Pro Paypal since I will be using Paypal for merchant processing). I do not own the videos, so the video rights owners will get a commission on every video purchased (generally 50% but would like to tweak that depending on distributor). Video owner will be able to log in at any time and get real time stats on downloads and total revenues (to them). I want it to be totally transparent for them. I would also like another tier affiliate for advertising affiliates who market my site off of theirs and they will be paid a much smaller percentage of each video purchased through link from their site)
Will also need a Registration process and Member My Account section (where blog posts, Event entries, order history and where they will have access to purchased videos) So….the best WP solution to host the video gallery (there eventually be hundreds to thousands of videos so will need a robust search feature by category, trainer and key word search..these are instructional videos) and checkout and payment of videos. I wasnt sure if the better option would be a straight up store plugin like WooCommerce or a Video Gallery plugin like TinyPass or Wishlist or a hybrid of both?
What we are looking for?
Looking for someone well versed in WordPress customization/php as well as a decent understanding of streaming video and AWS (or you are a really quick learner, it seems pretty easy to grasp).
I would like someone who can put in a good amount of time to get the job done within a month.
