Ihre Aufgaben:
- Implement the new problem management process demonstrating the ability to identify the problems affecting the KPIs and demonstrate added value for the Incident decrease
- Adhere to risk classification in categorizing problems and track progress of problem resolution with the resources
- Provide consistent reporting on root cause elimination and incident risk mitigation
- Support the Change and Configuration Management process focusing on the process alignment
- Support to the implementation of the new Service Management tool for Incident, Problems, Changes, Configuration and all service driven activities (request for service, service catalogue)
Ihre Qualifikation
- Extensive experience in process implementation and improvement
- Exposure to datacentre operational management and strong understanding of the risks
- Previous experience in private banking environment necessary
- IT background
