Management Accountant - Contract - Mobile Telecoms - Berkshire

I am urgently recruiting for a Management Account; interviews being held this week! This role is offered on a contract basis and will be based in Berkshire.

Working closely with the Head of Finance the successful candidate will manage the functions of monthly management accountants and business planning across all functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts including profit and loss accounts, balance sheet, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries.
  • Provide a support service by working with all departments and the management team to help make financial decisions.
  • Preparation of monthly inter-company revenues and costs.
  • Various Balance Sheet reconciliations, mainly relating to payroll accounts and accrued/deferred revenue.
  • Interpreting and communicating financial data to non-financial managers.
  • Own and manage the business planning, budgeting and forecasting of business operations through working with all departments, understanding their requirements, modelling and reporting on quarterly basis.
  • Deliver and .present the business plan to key stakeholders.

Essential Qualities:

  • Excel advanced - Financial Modeling
  • Financial and Commercial experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to able to work to tight deadlines,
  • Managing relationships
