We require a Senior Problem Manager (Crisis Management/Disaster Recovery) capable of managing the existing backlog of problems, and facilitating resolution of existing and new problems in coordination with operational & engineering teams.
You will be involved in troubleshooting and presenting our problem management methodology and results to our customer

Experience
Proven experience of problem management/disaster recovery in an enterprise environment.
Working experience and excellent understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework for IT Service Management, in particular the ITIL Service Operation processes, and specifically the ITIL Problem Management process. ITILv3 foundation certification mandatory.
Understanding of and experience with service level agreements
The Problem Manager must have enterprise IT experience and a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Working experience or familiarity with IP Networking, backup and/or database (SQL server) technologies is highly desirable.
Experience with performing and coordinating RCA and trend analysis
English and French languages are both fully required for services
